Effective February 1, 2008, the North Carolina Office of State Personnel (OSP) adopted a new Worksite Wellness Policy, which will impact all state employees within universities and agencies. The State Health Plan and the NC Division of Public Health are partnering with OSP to guide agencies and universities through their adoption of this policy.
