The cost is $11.00 for a 10-minute back massage session. This event will be held on June 7th in Room 544, in the Education/Commerce building in downtown Raleigh. Payment is cash only and is due by May 31st (Payday). Prepayment is required; unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate walk-ins.
The Payday Massage has been a great success in the past few years. We welcome all NC Commerce employees to join us for this event.
Commerce Wellness Spring Walk Event!
The Spring 2012 Wellness Walk began April 4 and continues through June 2, 2012 (60 days) using the theme "Seven Wonders of the United States", which includes the following locations:
- Brooklyn Bridge, New York
- Empire State Building, New York
- Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, CA
- Hoover Dam, Nevada-Arizona border
- Mount Rushmore, South Dakota
- Seattle Space Needle, Seattle, WA
- Washington Monument, Washington, DC

Basic Rules of the Event
- Once the event has started, there are no team member substitutions or replacements, unless it is within the first week of the event.
- Everyone who participates, signs off on an honor statement such as “I acknowledge that the steps that I am submitting are mine and they are an accurate representation of my activity and mileage”.
- This is a pedometer-based event. Conversions for such activities as cycling, swimming, elliptical, etc. are not allowed.
- If someone misses wearing their pedometer for a day, they are asked to use a set of numbers that most closely represents that day.
