The 401k Prudential Plan has an Interative Voice Response (IVR) Service available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. So you can access your account information anytime, anywhere by dialing 1-866-NC401K1 (1-866-624-0151). What's more, it's easy to use. Simply speak your request by using the natural language understanding feature of the IVR: What is my account balance today? or What are my current investment allocations? or What is the investment information for my Plan? At anytime you can ask the system for help, or to repeat the requested information. To navigate through the automated key-prompt system use these handy shortcuts: PRESS (1) For account balance information. (2) For specific information about the 401k Plan. (3) To elect GoalMaker with or without the age adjustment feature. (4) To process exchanges, allocation changes, or contribution rate changes. (5) To process loans or withdrawals or for a loan payoff quote. (6) For a year-to-date account statement, investment literature, or additional account or transaction forms.
